My names Eric Medemar

I am a newer investor from Grand Rapids, MI. I own around 25+ rental units. I am not an expert at land lording but I like it.

I like to wholesale properties, I have been helping clients wholesale for about 2 years and have started doing some myself this year, By years end I will have flipped or wholesaled around 10 properties with profits execeeding $100,000. I am not saying this to impress anyone, but I am pretty pumped about it. :beer:

I have paid bird dogs over $5,000 this year, so if you know a great property, I am here.

I sell real estate for my day job, I have been selling real estate for around 6 years, specializing in Investment property, flipps, rehabs, and wholesaling.
