(Better to just email/call my mom - she doesn't do the forum thing as much as me.)I agree with @Eric F. that it is difficult to meet BP "ideals" on listed properties -- mostly because agents have a contractual, fiduciary duty to get the highest price for the sellers, even if it's a bank.
