Looking for intelligent realtor in Raleigh

Good afternoon NC BP community!

I am a resident of Southern Pines, NC but am interested in investing in Raleigh/ Southern Raleigh area.  I am looking at multifamily properties (2 - 4 units).  I am trying to find a good realtor that knows the Southern Raleigh area well and also understands what a RE investor is looking for in a property (Not just trying to sell me a pretty house, but understands forced equity, cash flow, etc.).  Does anyone have any recommendations of realtors that they have used in the past in that area?

@Troy W. Everybody is looking for that same product in Raleigh, Durham and other parts of the Triangle. So, it may be a very tough task if you are looking for a broker to find that hidden gem that you are hoping nobody else has found. You might want to attend  some TREIA meetings -- plenty of brokers attend them. I'd reach out to Dawn Brenengen if you are looking for the PM once you acquire.
