Unless the seller provides a fully amortized loan, the ultimate goal is to bring the property and the borrower to conventional standards, that also applies to any future buyer.

@Shawn Corcoran I really like that idea for the voucher program, very creative especially since being in front of renters who can ultimately become buyers later on can work out well, I will check that @Timothy Grothuesmann Great advice with the VFW's, I might even consider trying to get a hook up in the local naval base maybe to do a seminar for veterans.
