If it is with a bank you don't have to worry about the contracts as they will have their own that they will make you sign within 2-3 days from the time of acceptance.Obviously the less contingencies in the offer the more attractive it is. So

I acquired roughly 8,000 this way.Honestly it is so cheap to get someone to make and send postcards I think I would just outsource the whole operation once I use all these up, but at this point since my only real cost is postage and the eventual incremental cost of labels and ink it is cheaper to do it myself.

The other objection is that CA is so tenant friendly, it is impossible to do business here.
