New Member from San Francisco North Bay
Hey Everybody!
It's about time I make an official introduction. BP has been a go-to source of information for me for quite some time. I absolutely love the podcasts. They remain a source of entertainment and knowledge during my long commute to my day job.
I've been investing in real estate for a few years now, exclusively Buy and Hold. Hopefully I will be able to expand into more rehabs. So far I've been able to put together a small portfolio and am hoping to expand it extensively in the next year and a half. My goal has been to reach a level of financial independence before I'm 31, which I'm defining as $60k a year from passive rental income. I have quite a ways to go but always remain optimistic and passionate. I hope I can expand my network with the wonderful people here on BP and get some more deals done!
