Hello I'm Darien Gipson and I live in Houston, Texas. I'm new to real estate investing. My plan is to get my real estate license by the first quarter of 2014. My investment goals include wholesaling, flipping and someday owning multiple rental properties.

I've been lurking around this site for a few weeks now and there such a wealth of information. I've been listening to the podcast, reading blogs, articles, and the forums. It's a great place to learn. I hope to continue to grow my knowledge and become a successful real estate investor with the help of this site.
