Liz, I have had great success with the Irwin group here in Lake oswego at finance of america @Austin Irwin They have some very favorable rates/ loan programs for multifamily properties.

@Maria HintonMost of those "guru" speaking programs are focused on parting you from your capital ... whether you learn anything of material and become successful in investing is somewhat secondary.If you want to learn about real estate in a classroom-type setting, I would suggest auditing a course on real estate at a local university or community college.  

The agents that do that have big success while the agents that refuse to get out of their comfort zone tend to fizzle out after a few months.

Basically, a true level 5 leader will do whatever it takes to set up the company and other around him up for success.

You will learn a lot of the do's and don'ts BEFORE you own a property which would be of great benefit.Then, when you are old enough get your RE License and do that.. even part time.Follow a path like that and by the time you are 25 you will have tons of great industry experience and be well on your way to success.
