What's up BP family! I'm a newbie to BP. I'm also a newly licensed real estate agent in Wisconsin. I just received my license in January, still looking for that 1st sale 😎. I'm looking to start wholesaling, flipping and renting out property as well. I want to make real estate MY LIFE. I wake up every morning thinking about property (I know I'm pretty obsessed lol). Anyone with any tips or guidance I'M all ears!
