Part Time Real Estate Agent??

Hi there!

I have been floating the idea in my head of becoming a part time real estate agent in the near future (6 months - 1 year). I have seen pros and cons for becoming a part time agent, but wanted the opinions of some people who may have done it or may know someone who has done it.

Anything helps!

Thanks!'

Nick

I work a full-time job and am licensed. My goal is to make being an agent my full-time job because it does cast me money and efficiency but I feel safer having some income and working my *** off than going head first in a tough market.
