I'm an Iowan who has found his way to Tokyo, Japan to work as a programmer.Although I truly enjoy programming as a profession, my real dream is to become a full-time investor and continue programming as a hobby. 

Tenant #2 is a group of students that are in town for six months so that seems like a very defined period. 

It is a $2.3 million student housing deal in Oxford Ohio.

Since then, I've been a realtor by day and a student by night. 

I am now a full time college student, with part time work. 

I usually look for multi families near colleges because students are always looking for housing and parents are always paying, Make sure you do your homework and good luck!

I'm really looking forward to learning as much as I can to achieve financial freedom, especially with having student loans.
