Hey everyone! My name is Joshua, and I'm from Elizabethtown PA. I've had an interest in real estate investing for awhile now. My father owns / rents out a couple properties, and so I have seen the benefits of investing in real estate. I would like to start out with a rental property for income, then try a flip down the road. I'm really looking forward to learning as much as I can to achieve financial freedom, especially with having student loans. I've been listening to the podcast at work and find it very valuable in hearing all the experiences others are having. Looking forward to being a member!
