Hey everyone.

So after the many hours spent browsing BP and listening to the insightful podcasts, I thought it about time I join the forum.

I am a Marketing student from Cape Town, South Africa with a passion for real estate.

I am looking forward to gaining knowledge from other people's experiences and learning as much as I can. Although South Africa's system is run differently (as we don't have things like FHA) the core principles of real estate investing remain the same.

I am in the current phase of doing research into the purchase of my first apartment, something that I am really excited about!
