Don't be afraid to try the street food - just stick to fully cooked items.Yes, development fees are a standard way for a city to raise funds which in theory go to pay for corresponding infrastructure upgrades - water, sewage, etc.

@Gonzalo Escobar For the phone system you propose, it sounds like you may run into an issue with your tenants not wanting their cell numbers posted on the street (I know I wouldn't here in SF or anywhere really.)
