I am just getting back into the real estate business and am planning where to spend my time and money most effectively.I have a professional grade camera and tripod but need the rest, i.e. bracket, software.

I am sure you will get a separate land line phone under your business name, and take care of the rest of the basic stuff ( a business account etc).

The rest is pretty much history and a changing of terminology but it does explain why the US system is so favorable to land lownership.

My revenues are nice and large, so not only do all of the poor, helpless banks get all of my money, but the government gets to take the rest in the form of taxes.

In our house, the master bedroom is the furthest room from the source, so the cool air not only has to travel the longest, it also gets the "leftovers" after the rest of the house has had its share.In order to get some air to our bedroom, I have to choke down a few registers, such as the kitchen, den, and bathrooms.

after about 2 months, i was done - as in - hiring out the rest :)came in about $2,000 over budget due to the fact I decided to replace cabinets which I wasn't originally going to do :)

I really feel terrible about the position I am in but there really are only two choices I can make; forget about my real estate aspirations and probably regret it for the rest of my life or get back up, dust myself off and work to achieve my goals.
