effort to get a deal

Posted

I'm setting goals for my in-house wholesalers. How many unqualified leads (distressed lists) to get a deal? How many qualified leads (sellers that say they are interested) to get a deal? How much money in marketing to get a deal? How many hours of work to get a deal? How many touches/lead required to land a deal? Anyone have general stats or best guess stats for this? Articles on this?

See.. you are asking the "lazy person" questions.

I was the other way around when I was new.

I never wondered how many hours of work it was needed to make a deal.

I asked, how many hours of the day should I rest/sleep/eat to not burn out and fry my head.

See what I am getting at?

Asking how many hours for a deal, means you are trying to do the minimum  amount of work.

"But you  ugly monkey that is not at all what I was meaning"

It Does Not Matter!!! If you ask these questions, your brain automatically will condition you to do minimalistic work.

Read the rich dad poor dad book (I have not read it.. because I am lazy), but I know the gist of it.

The way you think is extremely important on how you will act and what you will do.
