As your no longer going after the low hanging fruit the competition is scarce as most don't have the funds to focus on these area.

It's a vine and gets awesome smelling flowers you can smell at night in the spring and early summer(kinda like orange blossom during the same part of the year).

IE selling Real estate without a license.. and the grey areas wholesalers work in.in Securities its more black and white  lest you end up in an Orange jumpsuit.

Of course, Orange County, CA is the one county in the whole state that doesn't allow the information from the tax records to be used by Parcelquest, though Realist has all of it. 

It is a grind but stay the course to reap the fruits you sow.

Good to know since real estate price around my area (Orange County) is too crazy now.
