Expenses include loan payments and personal expenses from our budget tracking app.

Each call I manually write down contact info, preliminary questions, schedule appointments, then if I do meet them I fill out another sheet with info, etc etc.Is there an app that let's me organizeapplicants, search applicants, maybe even schedule them and put it automatically on my calendar?

It's a government monitoring question on the 1003, which is the loan app used by the vast majority of lenders even if they're aren't originating an agency loan. 

One app I love to use to find local handymen and even cleaners is Thumbtack.

When I had a question using the app, I would get a response chat pretty quick.  

Check out the reviews for that bank's mobile app too before deciding.  

Also I've been skyring real estate apps such as zillow, redfin, loopnet to find deals but I guess since that many of the better deals would be found off market or through direct campaigns which I don't know where to start with seeing as that I've never bought a home and I'm out of state. 

I was wondering if anyone uses anything app based that could track receipts with little to no manual effort.

I really don’t know where the good neighborhoods are though.I would appreciate any basic knowledge of what the decent areas are (I’d love street boundaries since the app I use doesn’t show neighborhoods).
