Good system to track net worth and loan summaries?

I'd like to have an organized system where I can input each property's market value, current debt on property (amortization schedule would also be useful), income and expenses? It can get confusing trying to keep track of net worth, loans, etc and it would be great to have it all in one system.

Quickbooks seems like a common standard here, but I can't let this thread go without a mention of Mint.com.
