Suppose the entire state of California burns down in a massive wildfire that puts the "Wooley" and "Camp" fires to shame?

I want to find contractors that can work in the NNJ area and have EXPERIENCE renovating fire damaged houses.

Recently found BIggerPockets and sparked a new fire.   

That's the reason for the post...with so many irons in the fire, I need to start delegating and focusing on those handful of things that are really going to drive my business.

Then fire away, make something work.

Not all CPAs are created equal, and I'm firing mine because he's good for simple tax/accounting matters, but he's not a tax strategist.

Here are the estimated costs on my first project: $50k in civil engineering/permitting/etc, $300k in site work (silt fencing, lot clearing, grading, retaining walls, storm water, driveways/aprons, a city spec road, a turn-round for the fire department, sewer taps, a 325' water main & hydrant..... and more.)

After receiving a stop work letter during demolition, and realizing that my GC made an oversight on the level of drawings required for the level of renovations we needed to perform, we hired a local design/PE company to complete the structural, electrical, plumbing, fire, and energy efficiency as required by code enforcement.

Since you'll be moving out on 08/01, you'll want to switch that to a dwelling fire policy or a "landlord policy."
