That was why I was surprised to seeing so many new constructions going up out there.

I have a 2 unit, brand new construction condo building for sale in Ivy City, Washington, DC.

How would i go about that process to officially register it as a four bedroom once i complete the construction.

Anyone have good contacts I can connect with to discuss potential project designs and corollary estimate PSF construction costs in the current market? 

Also, would the bank also be willing finance your construction costs?

@Dusty Wilson ok yeah im still kinda small also i have 5 doors but have been considering some new construction everything so far has been for cashflow to quit w2 finally was able to do that in july
