Canton NC Rentals Info

I have been seeing a lot of mini suburbia's popping up in Canton just outside of Asheville. Does anyone have experience with rentals in the area? What are yours renting in the area for? Any issues or concerns for the area? My biggest worry would be the HOA fees going up once the suburb is complete right now they are low or none existent.

I feel like everything just outside Asheville is doing well because it’s alittle more affordable. Im seeing expansion on all sides of Asheville.

That was why I was surprised to seeing so many new constructions going up out there. I was wondering if something had changed. I am very aware of the paper plant which is why I have been hesitant. I have one rental in East Asheville and I’m looking to add another in the next month or so.

    Thanks for all the input.
