Near Gannon, there are many restaurants in old 1800's buildings, a city park that hosts special events, a convention center with flagship architecture, a community playhouse that performs Broadway plays, the Warner Theater which hosts various performers and the Erie Philharmonic Orchestra, an art museum, a civic center that is home to the Erie Otters (ice hockey) among many other events, a ball field that is home to the Erie Seawolves (minor league team), and a Starbucks on 5th and State St.

Real estate investors who are used to the fix and flip game often have a hard time wrapping their head around why non performing notes are something that they should spend some time looking into for their real estate investments.

Through the research that I have done for the past week, I firmly believe that real estate investing is a path that would be best for my financial goals.I've been in car sales for 2 years, and that was really my first "real job" that I had out of high school, and I feel like it paved a path for me with the skills that I developed over that time period.I've read The Ultimate Beginner's Guide here, and I feel like renting out a multi-family home would work out best for me to start out, and I would love to connect with some investors in the Tucson area who are in the same niche!

There are several legal entities that are granted the privilege to perform business under an assumed name and to isolate personal liability:Corporations, all formsLLC, a special formLLP, a professional form of CorpAlthough found in many business fields, the LLP is an especially popular form of organization among professionals, particularly lawyers, accountants, and architects. 

The more I tell people what I am doing and what my goals are, the more pressure it puts on me to perform.  

Can anyone help me out on what the best and worst States are for non-performing and performing notes?

@Dan FisherIf you perform full-time or part-time self-employment activity consider opening a self-employed solo 401(k) which will allow you to self direct your funds into real estate.
