Brand new Investor from Tucson, AZ!

Hey guys,

I'm a brand new investor here in Tucson, AZ and am looking to dive into real estate! Through the research that I have done for the past week, I firmly believe that real estate investing is a path that would be best for my financial goals.

I've been in car sales for 2 years, and that was really my first "real job" that I had out of high school, and I feel like it paved a path for me with the skills that I developed over that time period.

I've read The Ultimate Beginner's Guide here, and I feel like renting out a multi-family home would work out best for me to start out, and I would love to connect with some investors in the Tucson area who are in the same niche!
