Hello all!

I am wanting to start flipping homes. I have found a deal that I think would be great for the first one. I even found someone to give me a loan. My question is there are so many investors here what's the best way to approach asking for help in the down payment area? If anyone is interested in helping me I live in the Cincinnati, oh area. I would love to chat with you about any advice or potentially starting a deal together! The home is a 3 bed 1 bath 1.5 story with a finished basement and 3/4 of an acre.
