I am currently an accountant, attending Georgia State University with concentration in becoming a CPA.  

However Augusta University (formerly GRU)  does have Plans for big growth.

Under the current rules, having a major or minor in Real Estate from an accredited 4-year university is an acceptable equivalent.

I went to university of Cincinnati, so I am somewhat familiar with the neighborhood.

I wanted to get into student rentals, so I am targeting Morgan State University.

I also live in an area where there are a lot of high-priced multi family due to the presence of a large university.
