Looking for a Real Estate Agent in Arlington, Texas

Howdy all,

I am looking for a high quality real estate agent who can help me with my first investment in the Arlington, Texas area. I would love to hear some referrals from you all as well as agents who might be interested. I am starting out but I am very serious about the process. I will list some information about me and what I am looking for.

I am 21 graduating from college this May from Liberty University with an economics degree, I will return home to Dallas, Texas to begin my masters degree at UT Arlington in City and Urban Planning. I am looking for an investment in which I can "House Hack" in order to begin my real estate career as well as live cheaply. I would prefer a duplex or triplex but I have found that these properties are rare or extremely beat up in this area, I would settle for a 2-3 bedroom house so that I can live and rent to possibly other working single individuals. My price range is around 80,000 to 120,000 on a FHA loan. After one year I would plan to move out, rent out the entire property or possibly sell it completely and then continue onto a second property. I will be approved for a loan before May, and I would like to purchase this investment before August. I have been prepping for this investment for over a year now so please don't think this is some kid that just watched a motivational video and is ready to take on the real estate world. I am prepared and ready to begin my career as well as make contacts in which they can help me move forward.

Please help me to find the best possible agent for my situation, I would greatly appreciate it!
