Greetings everyone,
I've been reviewing this site for weeks and decided to join because of all the great information. I am currently an accountant, attending Georgia State University with concentration in becoming a CPA. Overall, I have joined Bigger Pockets to advance my knowledge in real estate investing. I do not have experience in real estate investing, but I do have a general understanding of real estate principles.
I currently own a single family home with a basement rental. My short term goal is to purchase my first investment property (duplex/quadplex) by March of 2017. I am looking forward to gaining as much knowledge as I can; and networking with awesome and knowledgeable people.
