We did a great job on the property and it would have been anyone's dream home but one of our potential buyers was pressed for time and asked to come by to see the property early on a Saturday morning (around 7:00 A.M.)

I personally like the tv show "Holmes Inspection." they start with a home inspection and then move to the rehab, awsome. 

It's long, almost never predictable, and takes occasional grit to press on, but the rewards are worth it!

So they had a TV show, that is good.

Gas is cheap.  50'' Flat Screen TV is now under $395.

All kidding aside, I use a MacBook Pro at my desk with a big LCD TV as a second monitor. 

With a $1MM dollar budget, you're going to be hard-pressed to find anything more than 1bd (or small 2bd) in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Dumbo, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Fort Greene, Boerum Hill and Park Slope.
