Formal Education and Training vs Self Teaching

My wife and I have spent the last 25 years owning, operating and selling many businesses. After selling our last company, we have decided to start our own residential redevelopment company. We are at the beginning stages and have spend the last several months reading, listening and getting educated. I'd like to get some feedback from you all on whether you feel partnering with a company like Fortune Builders or Dave Lindahl would be beneficial compared to doing this on our own.

Do a search for Fortune Builders on BP and that should tell you what you need to do.

Good luck on your new venture.
