Then, think of the other side as the 'Passive' activities/investments, in which is solely for HOLDING ASSETS, that ideally are generating a return(buy & hold real estate, IRA's, 401K's, investment accounts, etc).Hope this helps!

I agree with this.I had my CPA and attorney put their heads together and agreed that I have one bank account that receives all the money from all my non IRA properties and that account pays all the bills.
