I am a new investor in CT area. Am looking to build out my team and build mutually beneficial relationships. Looking to invest in wholeselling, fix and flip and multifamily buy and hold properties. Looking to meet wholesalers, PM's, agents, contractors and other investors. And I am open for numerous oppurtunities in the area. So far new haven and Fairfield county. And what do you mean by narrowing down my strategies? again new to investing so any advice you can give would be invaluable.
