Multiple Property Accounting

I'm about to get a second property online and wanted to keep the two properties in separate bank accounts.  I use OwnerRez and could probably set up another Stripe account for that property that deposits directly to another bank account (and setup another payout method in Airbnb) but wondering if that's overkill.

Anyone have any advice or resources on this?

Thanks in advance.
