Hello Everyone,

Happy to be part of this group. My name is Ed Cortez and, I am a new Investor/Wholesaler here in Colorado and looking to gain knowledge and learn from experienced Investors in Real Estate. I am searching for investor friendly Agents/Realtor, all cash Investors, Landlords, IRA funds, Rehabbers, Contractors, and any other type of investors that are interested on working with a new Wholesaler or just to give advice. I can also work for free, so I could learn and be better at doing comps and, searches on property. I would just love to learn and know the ins and out of real estate business.
