I currently trade stocks in my spare time and understand a small sum of 25k can barely crack a dent in my RE market (NYC) but I would like to build from this pool of money and eventually put a large sum in a trusted syndication or possible partner in a multi family deal as I have no experience in RE.

Highly recommend Audible version, he has a good voice and the print version has tiny print and seems overwhelming.And while you're at it (especially if you're a perfectionist, like most RE agents are, including myself), 'Finish - Give Yourself the Gift of Done' by Jon Acuff.

If you can not tear down old mobile homes and replace with a new one (which is what i thought iheard from you), you can add vinyl siding and roof-overs to old ones, that will create a great new look.You could also look into "rv resort/camp ground" zoning, and replace with new park models and have a "tiny house community", that you could also rent as vacation rentals - if in a decent area for this type of rental.
