Hey all. 

Been doing a lot of reading and recently listening to the BP podcasts. Great stuff. 

Just checking in and thanks to all the great info I've soaked up thus far. 

Looking to start small with a single family fix&flip then move on from there. Living in Colorado Springs, and just going to do a lot of reading and analytics.
