HOW CAN I FLIP $25K? should I put in RE or stocks?
Greetings, I ran into a small sum of money and I am thinking of the best way to flip it in a NYC/NJ/MD market. I currently trade stocks in my spare time and understand a small sum of 25k can barely crack a dent in my RE market (NYC) but I would like to build from this pool of money and eventually put a large sum in a trusted syndication or possible partner in a multi family deal as I have no experience in RE. On the contrary, if I was to use this money and trade the markets I can see consistent returns on average but it will take a considerable amount of time to possibly double it ... I am open to all advice so please share ?
