Of course You'd have to run the gas lines which is not really that bad anymore with the flexible gas pipe.The fireplace chimneys should be separate thru the chase.I read Your post and I thought that You should know what I know, and that is sooner or later some one WILL try to start the wood burning fireplace with gasoline, it's only a matter of time.

The course was $400 plus around $200 for other incidentals and the state test.Costs to maintain license isn't cheap: Broker - $65 per month...Realtor Board annual dues - $400...Quarterly MLS dues - $109...EKey Services (about $100 for setup) and $205 per year....so broken down monthly you are looking at - $151/month.

All good advice ...but keeping the course material on point to add value to your level of expertise in the REI realm will be an interesting exercise.During my Engineering studies we had to take 2 years of a Finance elective (after the required micro/macro econ., ordeal).But the Business/Financial faculty had little to offer other than pure theory so I approached a visiting prof in the Ag Science faculty.
