But a specialist could be helpful if you have unique situations, want to explore advanced strategies, or simply save time.Cost varies - some charge hourly, some a flat fee.I'd recommend checking the tax pro button on top of the page and scheduling a free consultation.

I would like to purchase a structured course and have narrowed down my options to Seth William's REtipster masterclass, Joe McCall's simple land flips course, and Jack Bosch's Land Profit Generator.

I would go with the one that is the specialist in the area.

I can't see what you would need a course to teach you that you can't learn by reading 30 Day Stay; listening to the BP podcast episodes with Sarah Weaver, Zeona McIntyre, and Jesse Vasquez; and hanging out in MTR forums/Facebook groups.

Do not waste your money on his course.
