There can be no direct or indirect benefit between a plan and a disqualified party, and route one is just using the business partner to benefit yourself.

In many cases this has been deferred and not uncommon to see 20-30K in immediate tree removal due to regular maintenance not being done on your typical 2-3 year intervals.Managers usually do a terrible job mowing as a complete service.  

But not in regular transactions.

@Desiny SmithThe neighborhood south of the Arsenal is pretty good, as well as off of route 2 near the high school as you head west towards Latham.

They deteriorate at a pretty accelerated rate compared to a regular home.
