I'm 20 years old and so happy I found this website and my passion for real estate.

potentially turning my passion for real estate into an investment reality instead of just a bucket list line item.VERY interested in learning more about sweat equity, House Hacking, and duplex/triplex investments.

I have always been passionate about real estate, but I have spent the last years building my career and I am finally in a place where I can get back to doing both.  

I just found out that a family friend wants to invest with me as far as money goes, they believe in me and my passion to make the deal happen.So far I've decided on an area, I want to do college rentals in a town about 90 minutes from where I live.I've been crunching numbers, but I don't have my team in place.  

I'm joining bigger pockets to educate myself more on real estate which I learned in my Teenage years is my passion.

Im currently in Northern Minnesota, and am looking to invest in Dakota county as well.Looking for that right person(s) to jv with as this would be a remote/ monthly trip for me.Ive done over 100 deals , and had about every type of transaction, that i can think of, across my desk.Im a Ron Legrand, original student and have been with jack miller, jimmy napier, and alot of the earily (pre GURUs) guys who have formed this "creative" real estate passion we all live and breath in.Currently a Dan kennedy , GKIC marketing member, and part of a couple mastermind groups.I am kinda obsessed with real estate, especially the marketing end, and mailing lists, now for quite some time and have seen in good time, and bad a cap up here with these properties at $25-$45K tops!

Each subject only lasted a semester and the reason for that was I was starting businesses in the background all the time I was just never following through but something started becoming more and more apparent and that was my passion of (the idea of) real estate investing.

People will be more willing to invest if you are sure, passionate, and driven.
