I am sort of a newbie.  I have done a few deals, mostly buy and hold residential, but I have been disconnected for the last several years.  I have always been passionate about real estate, but I have spent the last years building my career and I am finally in a place where I can get back to doing both.  I am interested in learning about flipping deals, buy and hold, commercial, multi-family residential, finding deals, and all types of financing.
