Sweat Equity, Relocation, & on-the-ground eyes in LA!

I'm currently a Los Angeles resident, and I have always loved real estate! I want to learn as much as possible about how to own my first home (and subsequent properties!) potentially turning my passion for real estate into an investment reality instead of just a bucket list line item.

VERY interested in learning more about sweat equity, House Hacking, and duplex/triplex investments. I am also considering relocating, and would love to talk to others in Denver & Seattle about what those markets are like. :)

I'm more than happy to answer questions about Los Angeles, or give local feedback on property, life/valuable items as a renter, and anything about the Albuquerque/Los Alamos NM housing Market since I'm familiar with all of those topics personally. I've also been an on-site property manager for a house in NM, so can chat about that! Cheers!
