The one thing that I’m not understanding is exactly what happens at the title company AFTER you hand them the Purchase Agreement and the Assignment of Contract?

In my initial networking leap forward here I'd like to offer up my knowledge of mold remediation, fire and water damage, carpet cleaning, and general contracting.

My knowledge of them is limited so I can't speak to their business model.

@Melissa Roth The Purchase contract would have to be between you and the seller with an option to assign the contract to a 3rd party.

The plan now is to be a sponge and soak up as much knowledge as possible to make us more prepared when that time comes!

Not sure how to assign a $ value on it.

They must understand the qualifications, knowledge level, and ability of potential Equity Partners' ability to make investment decisions.
