Confused about Assignment of Contract

Ok. I have been studying and researching Wholesaling for over 3 months now. I know my strategy and I have thought things through. The one thing that I’m not understanding is exactly what happens at the title company AFTER you hand them the Purchase Agreement and the Assignment of Contract? I know everyone is saying you wait til closing, you don’t go, and you get paid. I get that. How do the buyer and seller know what to do once I have turned them in? Does the title company ask for their phone numbers to let them know what’s going down or is that my job once the title company tells me the closing date and times for each of them to show up? I would love to hear how this is handled from anyone who has done Assignment of Contracts. Thank you. Sammy
