Carpet cleaning, fire and water damage answers

Hello investors and property managers!

I'm Sam, and I am a Restoration specialist. I'm also newer to the investing world with my first multifamily purchase beneath my belt. In my initial networking leap forward here I'd like to offer up my knowledge of mold remediation, fire and water damage, carpet cleaning, and general contracting. So please feel free to reply here or message me direct with your questions and inquiries! And if you're a local Wisconsinite that needs restoration services, I can either help you directly or point you in the right direction!

Sincerely,

Samuel Tabbert
