I think you need a certificate at minimum if not a real estate/finance degree.

The eviction moratorium has likely affected different markets to varying degrees.  

Doing a bachelor's degree in administration, management and property evaluation.

I received my undergrad in Molecular and Cellular Biology and I'm currently deciding on med schools for a dual MD/MBA degree. 

Luck for you, you have found a great resource with Bigger Pockets and there is more than enough info on here for you to lean all you need to know (Listen to all of the podcast, read the books, participate/ask questions in the forums DAILY).Next I would suggest you go to school to get a degree or learn some type of trade (plumber, electrician, HVAC, construction).

I obviously don't want to throw away a degree from a very good university, but I also believe that my time already spent in college should be considered a sunk cost when settling on a choice.

Hi everyone, i'm new to BP (apologize if this is in the wrong format)But I work for an advertising agency, have an associates degree in marketing, and would like to offer my "limited" experience in advertising / marketing to anyone that is interested.Not sure if Facebook/Instagram/YouTube ads are popular among the Real Estate community, but I have a decent amount of experience running ads in those spaces.If anyone is looking for pointers or recommendations on anything marketing related, or help running ads I would be happy to assist.

Get a degree and call up a national house willing to take you on as a young'un.Determine what you want your speciality to be (indust, retail, medical, multi-family, etc.)Pay attention, make s***-ton of calls and build your contactsDepending on the location, economy, you could make <$300K in 5 years if you;re aggresive enough. 

Put it this way, there are about 40 classes in a degree and each class is about 40h of lectures.
