I feel like that would be a significant muscle move to hunt these people down to take a field trip over to assess and gather numbers so I can crunch my numbers and put an offer on this land.  

While I am unfamiliar with your particular level of electrical training or knowledge, I currently work in that field.

Are you saying alternative investments etc or something alternative within the field of real estate?

I’ve been doing my “research” all day every day (literally non stop) and I know this is a field of never ending learning and education, which is totally fine and I welcome that.

They may need to downsize to something more affordable and work for less than they feel they are worth outside their field but we aren't guaranteed anything in life.  

Or, if the three businesses are in totally different fields (like if you own a pizzeria and a landscaping company), collecting those businesses onto one site may be detrimental to your ranking.
