I read the Rich Dad Real Book of Real Estate, How to Become a Real Estate Millionaire (favorite), How to be a Real Estate Investor, and Lonnie Scruggs MH books, as well as several other general business and financial motivational books.

Don’t confuse areas you would want to live in, or manage buy and holds, with areas that rehabbers will focus.Our best and favorite borrowers flip in some of the “worst” areas of Los Angeles and now also have a lot of competition.

Ho Ho Kus is an amazing town too (our pediatrician and some of our favorite restaraunts are there), I just haven't studied that market yet.

I discovered the BiggerPockets on Stitcher, which between both brands are my favorite discoveries from last half a year.Before discovering BP, I started reading up on being a landlord in hopes to get my feet wet in real estate through this route.  

Secondly, how about some feedback:(1) A favorite (initial) location you'd like to meet which will suit up to perhaps 10-15 people.
