Help my email is getting spammed to death!

I'm used to getting the occasional you need to "verify" your account email. Or my favorite "insert bank you've never used" needs to update your account. However lately I am getting between 3-4 a day in my email box. I'm not on any shady websites and the email account is strictly used for accounts to sites that I use. Zillow, Realtor, BP, and turbotax. Is there anyway to alter my email accounts security settings so it sends these to spam? 

There's a special place in hell for these people....
